McKinley. I love the big M and the little c. I love and adore my last name. It is the name of a mountain and a former president. It is such a strong last name.
When I finally do get married, I don't want to loose my last name.
The kids are my school use English names which have no ties to their Korean names. I was asking all thier names yesterday and I found out that 45% of all Koreans have one of the these three last names.
45% of Korean people bear the last name Kim, Lee or Park.
This is crazy to me. They all share these last names.

I love your last name too. I love my maiden name. I'm really sad that my married name is so short. :( I remember talking to you about this once. I will always be a Southam though. I love it when I see people from single years and they say "You're Autumn Southam"! Or when I see someone from way back who didn't know me but my parents, I'll say I'm Autumn Southam R... I didn't like parting with it. I can't imagine having such a common last name! Though my middle would be common over there.
