I was talking to my Korean co-worker about Tiger Woods. She brought something very interesting up about a Korean law that I think is interesting.
South Korea is among a dwindling number of non-Muslim countries where people can go to jail for adultery. About 70 percent of South Koreans support the adultery law. Each year, more than 1,200 people are indicted under the law, which calls for up to two years in prison for the adulterer and his or her partner.
I think it's brilliant. If you are no longer interested in your partner have the guts to tell them before you make a fool of them, your life together and your family.

Wow, that really is interesting! That makes sense now, how in LOST, the dad killed the guy that the one girl was having an affair with. I always thought that was a little extreme. I also wish capital punishment existed everywhere. If you intentionally kill someone, you should be killed. I really think that if that were the case, murders would decrease. But that's just my two cents. :) Thanks for sharing that.
Yeah that would be awesome if that could happen in America. Maybe it would make people think twice before committing adultery instead of doing it like its nothing.
I'll vote for that!
I am behind! So fun to see these posts. What an awesome (bright!) school you are teaching at.
